I had sex for the first time (anal). And now I m noticing things on my penis.Me and partner were virgins i m noticing small bumps on my penis, something resembling a mole, and one red dot on the head of my penis were I urinate. And small bumps in multiple areas across my body.My question is that is this an early stage of a sexually transmitted disease.Such as HIV,AID or some kind of STD. I some time feel some discomfort
Possible causes are acne or skin cysts or ingrown hair or pearly penile papules on penis or genital warts etc.
Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Don't worry this conditions may subside. Use moisturizer cream, avoid mastrubation and friction.
If symptoms not improved please consult your dermatologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
